THIS IS ME.
I'm Coach Camara and this is my story from skinny muppet, to being slightly less of a skinny muppet.
“WE ARE WHAT WE REPEATEDLY DO.
EXCELLENCE THEN IS NOT AN ACT BUT A HABIT.”
— Aristotle
Exercise to me is more than just working out to be healthy and to look good with your top off (although that's obviously a massive benefit). Every time I step into the gym, there is an opportunity to improve myself and evolve as an individual. It's infectious, and the feeling of progression for me is unrivalled by any other situation.
Exercise is true and honest. It has no respect for anybody. It doesn't lie to you and you cannot cheat it. You turn up, put the work in, then leave having moved a little bit closer to your goals.
I am an exercise science nerd and love getting into the 'nitty gritty' of physiology and applying any knowledge acquired to help my clientele. I particularly love the science of building muscle, it excites me. So I am constantly educating myself by attending seminars & courses delivered by the best coaches on the planet... with the goal of being able to deliver a better service to my clients every single day.
Here is my own physique transformation, because I want to show you that I was just like you. I have struggled. I have made mistakes. I still do.
I have tried every diet, I have been the kid who bounces between training programmes, I have been the guy who thinks he has bad genetics. I always felt like there was something wrong with me.
"I'll never get there."
I wanted to feel big, strong, confident. But it just wasn't happening.
It's funny because it actually turns out that I had to go through all of the stupid unsustainable diets, all of the programmes that promised to make me huge, so that I could have the physique I do today.
I once had the exact same struggles as you!
So listen... what's stopping you from achieving insane results?
If I can do it, so can you... especially if I'm coaching you.
Stop limiting the expectations you have for yourself.
Nothing changes, if you change nothing.
Remember that.
